KU & RT Rotary switches and Change-over switches 16-40A

The LoadSafe product family is known for its reliable and high-quality switches. The KU 16-40A switches are available in 3- and 4-pole versions, but our new parallel and changeover kits now enable 6- and 8-pole solutions, as well as changeover switch solutions.

Additionally, our product range includes compact and robust RT 16-40A door-mounted switches. RT switches are specifically designed for door-mounting applications. These innovative switches can also be installed on the side of an enclosure, providing added flexibility for your setup. LoadSafe RT switch is the most installation-friendly door-mounted switch on the market for a quick and effortless installation process. Wiring is done from the back of the switch and no mounting screws needed. Our RT series includes 3-pole switch solutions.

The LoadSafe KU and RT switches are VDE-approved and independently tested by third parties, ensuring compliance with international quality and safety standards. Manufactured in Finland, these switches and accessories provide high performance and installation efficiency, helping you build durable power distribution solutions.

Features:

• KU switch installation: Easy installation on a DIN rail or with screws.
• RT switch installation: Quick and efficient door mounting without the need for mounting screws. The RT switch can also be installed on the side of enclosures.
• Compact design provides more space for wiring.
• Auxiliary contact options: Switches are available with either fixed auxiliary contacts (NO-version) or separately mountable auxiliary contacts on the side of the switch. See auxiliary contact options here.
• Advanced silver contacts ensure safe and durable operation.
• KU switches come with a black direct handle but can also be installed with a separate shaft and handle.
• KU switches have over 20% smaller carbon footprint compared to the previous generation.
• Tested according to IEC 60947-3 standards.
• RT switches feature an integrated aluminum shaft with an AD11 adapter. Installation requires a handle. If using a handle other than LKX50, LKX50YR, LK10RT, or LK10RTYR, an additional counter nut (RT COUNTER NUT) is needed.
• 1- and 2-pole switches are available upon special order.
