Do you want to play a key role in driving our next growth phase in Finland and the Baltics? Join KATKO's commercial team as an Area Sales Manager!


We have extended the application period for the Area Sales Manager (Finland & Baltics) position until April 26. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales as a key member of the Finland and Baltics sales team. You will identify new opportunities, close deals, and ensure that we stay one step ahead in the market. The role includes travel both within Finland and, to some extent, internationally.

Key responsibilities

  • Implementing the strategy and achieving the sales targets for your region. The exact scope of the role and area of responsibility will be tailored based on your strengths.
  • Participating in budgeting and pricing, as well as reporting on and sharing insights into market conditions.
  • Acquiring new customers and developing existing customer relationships, while managing the product portfolio.
  • Representing Katko at customer events, seminars, and trade fairs.
  • Ensuring contract execution and actively managing agreements within your area of responsibility.

 

We expect you to have

  • At least five years of experience in technical B2B sales. Experience in the electrical industry is considered an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork skills and an interest in working in an international environment. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent networking and collaboration skills, with a results-driven and customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong business understanding and solid knowledge of the market, products, and competitors.
  • Experience using sales tools such as CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel, for example for customer visits and trade fairs.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (additional language skills are considered an advantage).
