We Are Hiring: Technical Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our commercial team.

In this role, you will act as a key link between our customers and our sales team. You will be responsible for providing technical customer support to our global clients and supporting our front-line sales team in handling inquiries and requests for quotations.

You will also manage and develop selected customer accounts, ensuring excellent customer experience and building long-term relationships. Your goal is simple but ambitious: to ensure our customers always receive first-class service and that we stay one step ahead in the market.

You might be the person we are looking for if you:

  • have a technical and/or commercial background
  • want to develop your skills in a supportive role to ensure first-class service
  • enjoy understanding and solving customer challenges
  • good IT system skills and motivation to develop them further
  • are comfortable working in an international environment
  • are a native Finnish speaker and communicate fluently in English, any other language would be an advantage
  • want to help develop business, not just maintain it
